then submit the completed form by clicking the submit button or email the info on rma form to firstname.lastname@example.org attention to RMA Dept.
Please make sure that you have provided all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information to our RMA Department either by email or fax it to (714) 255-8899. RMA information includes customer’s name, return address, email address, contact phone number, proof of purchase, product name, serial number, and the reason for returning.
RMA numbers will be issued and e-mailed or faxed to the customer within 24 hours after we had received a complete RMA request form. The RMA number is valid for 15 days after issuance.
Please include in the returned package(s):
– Clearly printed RMA number on all mailing labels and shipping boxes (In Large TEXT).
– The complete original packaging of every returned product.
– All documents and invoices associated with a previous RMA product must always be included.
Note: RMA package will be REFUSED and RETURNED to sender if the correct rma number is not printed on label and outside of the shipping box.
Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. If there is visible damage on any returned item(s), we cannot apply warranty. Only products with authorized RMA numbers will be accepted.
If we do not have the product in stock for replacement at the time we receive the defective merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the merchandise for up to 60 days for repair or exchange.
