Orders, Shipping & Returns

Ordering Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express)

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. The estimated shipping charge is displayed during online checkout. In the case that the actual shipping charge is different from the estimated shipping charge, we will notify you via e-mail.

Back Orders
If there is a backordered item on your order, we will notify you via e-mail to discuss options prior to any shipments.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

For all returns (whether for refund, exchange, or repair), please follow the steps on the Return Procedures page (click here).

All items must be in original new condition, with all included parts and accessories.

Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are permitted for the same item, and only if the original item contained manufacturer defect.
